Applications are invited from experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for the position of Clinical Nurse within the Gynaecology, Urology, ENT and Plastics Ward of Mater Private Hospital.  This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis; however those wanting to work part-time are also invited to apply.

As part of this dedicated and professional team on 10E, you will provide high-level clinical support to assist staff in all aspects of patient care and quality improvement for the unit. You will enjoy working closely with an experienced Nurse Unit Manager; and will also benefit from the support of the Clinical Education team at Mater Private hospital.

To be successful in the role of Clinical Nurse, you will demonstrate:

• Advanced clinical competency in acute post-surgical nursing, with a minimum three years' experience preferred
• An interest in the specialities cared for within the unit
• The ability to champion change within the unit

• Well-developed communication skills within a multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development of yourself and your team

The Clinical Nurse role will involve working rostered shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster.
